We ship our packages out via USPS Priority Mail, DHL or FedEx.
Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.
EXPRESS SHIPMENTS
All express Shipments are processed by 3:00 pm EST. Once an express shipment is placed please contact Customer Support US +1 843-829-0076 to verify we have received your request and your payment has been verified.
Shipping Domestic
* We ship Monday-Friday via USPS, DHL or FedEx. (International).
* We DO NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. (If you order Friday-Sunday, you order will not ship until Monday.)
* It may take 1-2 business days to process your order unless ‘Verification’ is required.
* All hair extension orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery. If you are not home upon delivery, you will need to pick it up from your local post office or call to schedule a re-delivery by calling USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777), DHL 1-800-CALL DHL (1-800-225-5345) or FedEx 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339).
* If you wish to waive the signature requirement, you may state so in the comments section at the time of checkout and assume responsibility of secure delivery.

* We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS, DHL or FedEx. fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, please choose Express Options at your own discretion.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. Please contact us only AFTER you have spoken with your courier for assistance.
PROCESSING TIME FRAME:
All orders must be processed and payments verified before they are shipped. This process can take up to 1-2 business days. If using Sezzle, a third-party company, the processing, and verification from Sezzle can take up to 3 business days. Once we are notified by Sezzle, Haus of Kreme will then ship your order. No orders can be guaranteed to ship out the same day as the order is placed. We work hard to process all orders, so please take processing time into consideration when choosing your shipping method.
STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY:
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or click https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm, DHL (1-800-CALL DHL) or click http://www.dhl-usa.com/en/express/resource_center/claims.html or FedEx (1-800-GoFedEx) or click https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. This is to include "Signature release on file" authorization.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@hausofkreme.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, and are not responsible for any shipping costs if we are unable to process any corrections or cancellations.
